When I joined In-Situ, the Marketing Communications team struggled with inefficiencies caused by managing tasks across two platforms—Jira and Smartsheet. This duplication of effort, inconsistent naming conventions, and fragmented reporting made project management unnecessarily complex.

I led the initiative to transition the team fully to Smartsheet, auditing workflows, creating standardized templates, and building a reporting system to improve visibility and collaboration. Over a phased rollout, I refined the system based on team feedback, ensuring alignment with our needs.

The result was a streamlined, unified platform that reduced administrative tasks, enhanced reporting accuracy, and improved collaboration, enabling the team to focus on high-value work.
